I’ve been a personal trainer for 13 years and recently gave birth to my daughter Juliet. During the course of my pregnancy I gained over 60 pounds. When it was time to start focusing on weight loss, I was too busy with work and taking care of my family to follow my previous routine at the gym. I tried to fit it in, but I became more and more frustrated when I wasn’t seeing results. I knew I had to make a serious change. Fast forward six months and my new plan worked! I’m healthier and happier than I have ever been and I rarely miss a workout because I love the way I feel and I know I am setting a great example for my friends and family.
